Virbac Clinic Promotion | Win 1 of 2 Dental Courses with Dr Crystal Loh - Competition Terms

Promoter: The promoter of this Competition is Virbac New Zealand Limited (Virbac) of 26 - 30 Maui Street, Pukete, Hamilton, 3200, New Zealand (NZBN 9429040012872) Ph: 07 849 6782, email: feedback@virbac.co.nz (Promoter).

Eligibility: A veterinary clinic is eligible to enter this Competition (Eligible Entrant) if that clinic is currently operating in New Zealand and is not an agency or company associated with the administration of this Competition. Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative (e.g., a veterinarian or clinic staff member) on behalf of the clinic.

Promotional Period: The Competition commences on 1st July 2026 at 00:01am (NZ) and ends on 30th September 2026 at 11:59pm (NZ) (Promotional Period).

Entering the Competition: Eligible Entrants (Clinics) can enter the Competition during the Promotional Period by:

• Performing a dental health check, recommending a dental health plan, and completing the online assessment to secure an entry into the draw.

• The clinic will receive one (1) entry for every dental assessment submitted between 1 July and 30 September 2026.

• Bonus Entries: Clinics will receive one (1) bonus entry for every pet parent entry into the Ultimate Dental Tech prize draw where the clinic is selected as the required purchase location.

Prize: There will be two (2) Dental Courses with Dr. Crystal Loh for the competition (Prize).

• The prize consists of a Dental Radiography Training session for your clinic.

• This comprehensive course covers radiographic techniques, interpretation, and includes a practical hands-on wet lab.

• Redeeming the Prize requires a lead time of up to six (6) months to organise the training sessions. Winning clinics must claim their Prize and initiate the booking process with the Promoter by 30 April 2027.

• The total value of each Prize is valued at over $3,200 (excluding GST).

• Prizes (including any part thereof) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Prize Drawing and Selecting the Winner: * The winning clinics will be drawn at random between the dates of 5th - 9th October 2026, held at Virbac NZ offices.

• Only Eligible Entrants can be awarded a Prize and the Promoter may conduct additional draws if an entry drawn is incomplete or invalid in any way or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• In the event of unclaimed Prizes, the Promoter will conduct a redraw on 12th October 2026 using the same procedure stated above as for the original draw.

• The Promoter reserves the right to confirm or validate any information provided in the entry details submitted by a drawn entrant including verifying the clinic's operating status or physical address.

• If the entrant does not provide sufficient details or proof of any or its details in response to a request from the Promoter, the Promoter may deem the entrant ineligible.

• The Promoter will only award a Prize to the clinic named as the entrant in the entry form.

• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winning clinic, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines does not meet the requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions.

• If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant.

Winner Notification: *Winning clinics will be contacted by their Area Sales Manager within 24 hours of the Prize being drawn.

• The Promoter shall make reasonable attempts to contact each winning clinic.

• If a winning clinic does not acknowledge or respond to contact by the Promoter within 2 weeks of the first contact attempt by the Promoter or if the Promoter is unable to make contact with the clinic using the contact details provided in the entry, the Promoter may deem that the winning clinic has forfeited the Prize.

• If any winning clinic elects not to take their Prize, fails to initiate the booking process by 30 April 2027, or is unable to claim their Prize for any reason by the time specified by the Promoter, the Prize is forfeited. 

• The Promoter is under no obligation to substitute a forfeited prize.

Failure to run Competition as planned: If the Promoter is unable to conduct any aspect of this Competition as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to because of technical failures, computer viruses, network issues, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, amend or postpone the Competition or invalidate any entries impacted by these issues, subject to applicable laws.

Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Promoter excludes all liability to you or any third party for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) damage, personal injury or death, which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Competition, your participation in this Competition, any content submitted, or your use or acceptance of any Prize, or the availability of the Prize, or your use of any social media platform in connection with the Competition. To the extent permitted by law, you release the Promoter from any and all liability or loss suffered in relation to the Competition or any Prize.

Social Media Platforms: This Competition may be promoted through third party websites and various social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook and Instagram. This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platforms and the Promoter does not endorse, promote or support the views, opinion or judgement of any social media platform or any agency or company used in association with the Competition or Prizes. You agree that you have read, understood and will comply with any applicable terms and conditions of the social media platform you use to enter this Competition.

Marketing Activities: By entering this Competition, entrant clinics grant to the Promoters, their affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable licence to use, modify, reproduce, adapt and publish any content which the entrant has submitted or provided in connection with entering the Competition, including for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation for such use. Winners shall co-operate with the Promoter and third party agencies of the Promoter with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion. This may include participating in being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed. The Winner consents to and provides the Promoter and its third party agencies the right to use and publish all such marketing material and content and acknowledges that it is not entitled to any compensation for such use and publication.

Privacy: Any information submitted by an entrant for the Competition shall be subject to the privacy policy available on the Promoter’s website on https://nz.virbac.com/ipp (Privacy Policy). The Promoter shall collect entrant information and store this information on the Promoter's database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically and for the purpose of conducting the Competition and doing the activities in relation to the Competition as set out or contemplated in these Terms and Conditions (which may include sharing information with third parties for the purpose of providing Prizes, notifying winners and third parties of the results of the winners of the Competition, running marketing campaigns in relation to the Competition and the results and Prize winners). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions requires you to provide any information however failing to do so may result in your clinic being unable to complete or submit an entry or receive a Prize.
