Terms & Conditions of Entry

  1. Information on How to Enter and Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. By entering this Competition, each Entrant acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of entry. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
  2. The Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An “Eligible Entrant” is a person who
    1. is a New Zealand resident;
    2. is 18 years of age or older at the date of entry;
    3. submits entry into this Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
    4. is a current owner or direct employee of a vet practice;
    5. enters this Competition for himself or herself exclusively and not on behalf of any other person; and
    6. does not in any way tamper with the Competition and/or the entry process for the Competition.
    7. Is an employee of a VetPartners veterinary practice in New Zealand.
  3. Virbac New Zealand Ltd and any of their employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the Competition database and NOT time of transmission by the Entrant.
  4. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, if Virbac New Zealand Ltd is of the opinion, that a person has submitted an entry to this Competition in any manner designed to increase the likelihood of the Entrant winning a Prize, Virbac New Zealand Ltd may, in its absolute discretion, declare that all entries submitted by that Entrant are invalid. Virbac New Zealand Ltd incurs no liability to the excluded Entrant for any loss or damage he or she may suffer if such a declaration is made.
  5. Employees of Virbac New Zealand Ltd and their immediate families, employees of Virbac New Zealand Ltd related companies and their immediate families and employees of any agencies involved in this Competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
  7. Virbac New Zealand Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of Virbac New Zealand Ltd. Failure by Virbac New Zealand Ltd to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. In the event of a dispute, computer entries are deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. Potential winners who are minors will be required to have the parent/legal guardian sign the documents to verify eligibility.
  8. Virbac New Zealand Ltd may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
  9. By submitting an entry, the entrant consents to being contacted by Virbac New Zealand Ltd to the email indicated by the entrant at the time of entry.
  10. Maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant.
  11. Promotion runs from 8:00 am on 1st September 2022 and ends at midnight on 31st October 2022.
  12. Winners will be drawn week commencing 7th November 2022 and notified week commencing 14th November 2022.
  13. The prize pool consists of 5 x tasty prize packs. Prize may differ to the products shown in the competition flyer.
  14. If a Prize has already been awarded, but Virbac New Zealand Ltd determines that the Winner was in fact in breach of these Terms and Conditions of entry upon entering this Competition, Virbac New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to request the Winner to return the Prize, or its monetary equivalent (at their own cost). If this occurs, a new Winner will be selected. Each Entrant acknowledges this condition upon entering this Competition.
  15. Virbac New Zealand Ltd may use the Winner’s full name, likeness, image and/or voice and any other details for any Competition, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any payments of any kind being made to the Winner.
  16. The Winner accepts their Prize at their own risk. To the full extent permitted by law neither Virbac New Zealand Ltd, and/or any of their employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, and companies providing Prizes for the Competition, will be held liable for any liability/loss/damage/expense/death/personal injury suffered or incurred or any dispute (including, but not limited to, direct/indirect/consequential loss) arising out of, or in connection with, this competition, the provision of Prizes, use or participation in such Prizes or promotion of this competition.
  17. If for any reason Virbac New Zealand Ltd, and any of their employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, determines in good faith and its sole discretion that this Competition is not capable of running safely as planned, including but not limited to events such as infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Virbac New Zealand Ltd, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, Acts of God, civil unrest and strikes, which might corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, Virbac New Zealand Ltd reserves the right and may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it on similar Terms and Conditions, subject to New Zealand regulations.
  18. All entries become and remain the property of Virbac New Zealand Ltd and will not be returned. Upon entry into this competition, Virbac New Zealand Ltd will collect personal information about you so that you can participate in the competition. To do this, Virbac New Zealand Ltd will disclose your personal information to organizations to which Virbac New Zealand Ltd outsources functions, and organizations associated with this competition. Virbac New Zealand may from time to time communicate with you using this entry information.
  19. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify Virbac New Zealand Ltd.
