Supportive treatment containing electrolytes for calves, lambs and foals with severe scours
Diarrest™ provides energy and replaces electrolytes to reverse dehydration and treat acidosis in calves, lambs and foals with severe scours.
By law the user must take due care, obtaining expert advice when necessary, to avoid unnecessary pain and distress when using the product other than as directed on the label.
Dilute the contents of one sachet with warm water to make a volume of 2 litres. Mix until the contents are well suspended. Administer orally. To avoid further energy loss and the possibility of shock, always make up in warm water, and feed at blood temperature (40ºC). Prepared solution may be mixed with milk.
Available in boxes of 30 x 250 gm sachets, to give 30 x 2 litre doses.
